Nutrition Group
Learn how to live a healthy lifestyle by eating smart and being active. Lessons are taught by a trained UW-Extension FoodWIse Nutrition Educator. Music, movement and fun included! This group meets Tuesday from 5 – 6 pm.

Positive Parenting: How to Cope with Anger in a Healthy Way
This is a three-week program for parents and their children, ages 6 – 10 years old, to identify anger as an emotion and to build healthy coping skills. Sessions for youth will be held at the same time as the adult class. This group meets Tuesdays from 6 – 7:15 pm.

Support Later in Life
This is a 6-week support group for older adults that will focus on topics such as: Self-care, Coping with Grief, Setting Boundaries, Time Management, Staying Healthy. This group is a safe place with trusted group members; participants can both provide and receive support from others as they heal. This group meets Thursdays from 10 – 11:15 am.

Understanding the Role of Family Court Services
This is an informational workshop designed for survivors of intimate partner violence. Family Court Services (FCS) provides Waukesha County residents with mediation and evaluation services to help resolve legal custody and physical placement disputes in family court actions. A social worker from FCS will be available to discuss these services. Questions regarding specific situations will be collected when participants sign up for the workshop.

Wednesday Workshops
Come join other survivors of domestic and sexual violence to learn, share, and grow in order to move beyond trauma. Each session will feature instruction on a healing topic and include time to share and process with other group members. This group meets from 6 – 7:30 pm.
