Development Coordinator
Position: Full-time, some evenings and weekends required
Summary/Objective: To provide administrative support to the entire Development & Communications Department, including but not limited to: gift entry and acknowledgement, the maintenance of the donor database and related data entry processes, building and executing queries from the database, and general support of the grant program and special events. Additionally, this role will help develop new processes and tracking systems for the planned giving program, grants program, major gift stewardship, and monthly giving, among others.

Dual Domestic Abuse/Sexual Violence Advocate
Position: Full-time, some evenings and weekends required
Summary/Objective: To provide advocacy, counseling, and supportive services to any victim of domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Family Advocate
Position: Full-time, some evenings and weekends required
Summary/Objective: To provide parents and caregivers of children affected by trauma, resources, and techniques to assist in strengthening the parent-child relationship, as well as to provide crisis intervention, support, information and referrals to non-offending parents/caregivers of child abuse victims in coordination with The C.A.R.E. Center.

Shelter Program Assistant
Position: Full-time, evenings and weekend required
Summary/Objective: To ensure adequate supplies for client meals, cleaning, and optimal functioning of shelter program.  Assigns tasks to residents, support for 24-hour hotline and shelter advocates.  Co-facilitation of some shelter groups. Sorting, storing, and distribution of donations and purchasing supplies.

Shelter Support Staff
Position: On-call, no set hours
Summary/Objective: To ensure smooth operation of the shelter, while providing for the needs of the clients and performing the duties relative to the shift.  Support staff are expected to provide on-call coverage of the 24 hour crisis line and shelter. This includes advocacy and support to clients.

Systems Liaison Advocate
Position: Full-time, variable hours
Summary/Objective: To advocate for survivors of domestic violence who have been deemed at high risk for lethality by law enforcement. This position will also provide safety planning, court accompaniment, advocacy, and referrals. This position will also provide education to community partners.

Internship Opportunities
Undergraduate internships are offered year round. They are designed for students who are interested in learning about the full scope of our agency and include duties such as donation sorting, client childcare, front desk support, and clerical/administrative tasks.
