Donation Wish List

In-Kind donations of high-needs items (listed below) supply TWC with items that can otherwise be costly thereby freeing up resources that can be spent on other areas of our programming and services.

If you are looking to donate physical items that are items from the list below, we only accept new and unused items. Unsolicited items that are left at our door will be appropriately disposed of.

Items can be dropped off at our main building at 505 N East Ave, Waukesha, Monday – Thursday between 9 am – 5 pm and Friday between 9 am – 4:30 pm. If you need to arrange for an out-of-hours drop-off, please get in touch with our Volunteer Coordinator, Alex, by calling 262.522.3845 or emailing alexandral@twcwaukesha.org. Please note we do not have the staff capacity to pick up donations.

If you plan on holding a supply drive, please connect with our Volunteer Coordinator Alex beforehand to determine what our current needs are, and to provide any other details about your drive, and the date and time you plan to drop your donation off.

We participate in The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), a federally funded food program administered through the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services. TEFAP is a program of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and provides food for pantry shelves and meal sites in Jefferson and Waukesha counties.
