From the Inside Out
Join us for a fun, interactive workshop based on the animated movie Inside Out. Parents and their children, aged 8 – 12 years old, will practice identifying, labeling, and expressing emotions. At the end of the group, each family will be equipped with a Coping Skills Toolkit, plus get a free copy of the movie Inside Out.

Stepping Stones Towards Healing: Processing Childhood Sexual Abuse
Join other women who are early in their healing journey to overcome sexual trauma. Each week, we will learn skills, build understanding, and expand your support network. Pre-registration for this 6-week support group is required, and interested members must meet with the group facilitator before group begins.

Come join other survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and abuse to learn, share and grow beyond abuse. Each session will feature instruction on a healing topic and include time to share and process with other group members. Attend one or all of these bi-monthly meetings.
