Support Groups

All groups are free and free onsite childcare may be available by appointment.

Domestic Violence Support Groups and Workshops:

Wednesday Workshops
Come join other survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and abuse to learn, share and grow beyond abuse. Each session will feature instruction on a healing topic and include time to share and process with other group members. Attend one or all of these bi-monthly meetings.

Sexual Assault and Abuse Support Groups and Workshops:

Adult Women Healing from Childhood Sexual Abuse
This is a closed, six week support group available to female survivors of childhood sexual abuse. This group will create a safe place with trusted group members, where participants can both provide and receive support from others as they heal from childhood trauma.
Interested members must meet with the group facilitator before group begins. To register, please contact Patti at 262-547-4600.

This group will meet on Tuesdays from 6-7:30 pm, August 8 through September 12

Nutrition Workshop
Join us to learn about Healthy Food and Beverage Choices. Attend all four workshops and receive a grocery store gift card!
