Since 1977, we have been Waukesha County’s leader in tirelessly advocating for the needs of survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
While more individuals are stepping forward to publicly share their stories of sexual abuse, there are still many who are afraid to speak out. As a community, we must work together to change our culture to one that does not tolerate or accept interpersonal violence.
We are recruiting more men to join us in our mission to end violence against women and girls and take the pledge to Be a Champion.
Staying silent is staying on the sidelines – we invite you to get in the game!
Champions volunteer at The Women’s Center, advocate for our agency on social media, educate their colleagues through trainings or presentations, and invite others to hear our message at our Anniversary Luncheon.
We will be there to help you every step of the way – take the pledge now.
